Do you ship world-wide?

Yes we definitely do. Matter of fact most of our orders are from countries other than the United States

When will my order ship?

Shipping time to the United States is about 14-25 business days. International times can vary and can take up to 25-45 business days depending on location. Unfortunately it can take a while sometimes :(

 don't hesitate to send us a message if you feel like you've been waiting!

(Orders sometimes can take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.)


How do I become a brand ambassador?

Where's my tracking number?

We typically have these sent out automatically by our system so you should get one, which you probably haven't gotten since you're looking here right? Computers can suck sometimes, we'll tell our IT guys, wait that is me.....

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Some of our vendors use shipment methods that don't offer tracking numbers for their shipments out. Sorry! Shoot us a message and we'll figure it out for you if our vendors can offer us the tracking info. We offer protection on any orders that exceed the standard shipping times of 25-45 business days. Please contact us if you need support.


I think my package is missing, what should I do?

If you have not received your order within the timeframe established for U.S. shipping please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor's house for example).

In the case that the product is not delivered, just shoot us an email and we'll check on its status for you!

Juuust ask. We'll help you out.

What should I do if the item I bought broke?

All of our items have a 60 day warranty. Just send us an email with your receipt and a picture of the broken item and we'll be happy to send you a new one!

How do I return something? 

All purchases made through our website are final. We do offer returns for product that is damaged upon arrival though! Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement.

Umm only one of my items came in the package... Where's the rest?

The items in our store can come from different suppliers and in most cases will be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. 

No worries! Let us know if there is still something missing after waiting patiently a bit longer and we will look into it.

So okay, what if I ordered weeks ago and still haven't received my items? 

Please send us an email at and we will handle it. 

So if your package has been lost in shipping or anything bad happens to it, we will send you another one for free or just give you a refund if you're sick of waiting. 

Seriously, its taken more than 4-6 weeks for some orders to arrive, we're super sorry about the long waiting times if that happens to you too.

And hey, if you feel unsatisfied with the wait time, we will refund you 100% of your order when you are able to return the package and it arrives back to us. 

We hate waiting too. We know how it feels!
